What is ParTeeGolf?
ParTeeGolf is a product from Bizstyles Sdn Bhd which enables golfers to have access to weekend golfing without being a full member of any of the participating golf clubs. www.parteegolf.com.my enables the card holder to book for golf flights weekdays and weekends over the internet and have the flights confirmed.

As a ParTeeGolf Card holder, you are at the same time entitled to use the event organizing aid located at www.scsb.com.my/golf your user id and password would be the same as in www.parteegolf.com.my

How much does the service cost?
The ParTeeGolf card retails for RM900.00 per annum. However, do look out for offers and other special promotions which will be conducted from time to time. Also depending on the time you purchase the card, the freebies which come along with the card purchase will vary from time to time.

There is a small token service charge levied on the use of online booking. This token fee is a small amount going towards banking confirmation and other similar services, in the course of flight confirmation.

Who sets the greens fees for each golf course?
Green fees are set by the golf courses.

Why does ParTeeGolf require a credit card number or payment up front?
Since a golf course's tee times are a valuable and perishable asset, a golf course may require payment pre-authorization of your credit card in order to ensure payment. This helps the golf course ensure a golfing party will play at their designated tee time. Your credit card information is held in strict confidence, and the golf course only uses its customer information for its own managerial purposes.

At the present moment, ParTeeGolf only accepts pre-payments in the form of cheques or online bank transfer into the designated bank account. In future, credit cards will be features as another mode of payment.

All payments for flights on ParTeeGolf participating golf courses are confirmed only with payment up front.

What are the cancellation policies?
The cancellation policies depend on the participating golf courses. Most golf courses will allow you to cancel up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Depending on a particular golf course's policies, you will be able to make a reservation up to a month in advance.

Where are tee times and course information for my hometown golf course?
www.parteegolf.com.my currently provides golf course information for the golf courses where we have a presence. Tee times are available only for participating golf courses. If you can't find information on a particular golf course, please contact us. If you would like access to a particular course, encourage the course to sign up and participate in the new experience of www.parteegolf.com.my .

How do I know I really have a tee time reservation?
Your confirmation number is your guarantee that you have reserved your desired tee time. It is best to print out your confirmation page when you book your tee times through www.parteegolf.com.my . If you have forgotten your confirmation number or lost your print-out page, you can always check your reservation history on the www.parteegolf.com.my web site. If you so desire, you can also call ParTeeGolf support centre at (03) 6156 8515 and request verbal confirmation. The course will also have your reservation details if your flight is confirmed with payment. The confirmation at the course will be require both the confirmation numbers as well as a picture ID of all players carry their Identity Card Number.

What happens if I forget my member id or password to the www.parteegolf.com.my web site?
Just send us an email at admin@parteegolf.com.my . We will send the information to the original owner (the person who set up the account and password) at the e-mail address on record for the account. You may also call our support centre at Tel: (03) 6156 8515 for assistance.

What happens if there is inclement weather and will I get charged for not playing in the rain?
Most courses ask that you show up at your designated tee time in case the weather is allowing groups to go off as scheduled. If traveling any distance to the course, a phone call is always required to inquire about the possibility of a rainout.

Rain cheques policies are the responsibilities of the participating clubs. Policies will differ from club to clubs.

How do I cancel or modify an existing tee time that was booked over the Internet?
You may modify your players' details on the confirmed tee times. When too many changes are in store, we would advise you to cancel the tee time and rebook the same time as though it is a new booking. Refund policies are in place to assist you to obtain your refund of the cancel flight. To cancel an existing tee time, please call our support centre at Tel: (03) 6156 8515

What happens if I fail to cancel my reservation or show up with less players than I booked for?
Failure to cancel before the designated cancellation time would result in the credit card used to reserve the time being billed for all players failing to show up. Courses also bill for groups who fail to show up with less players than were booked for.

How many courses am I allowed to play with my ParTeeGolf Card?
Bizstyles Sdn Bhd will be adding more and more course to this program over time. This is done for the benefits of the card holders. At present, we are support strongly by Bukit Beruntung Golf and Country Club located in Rawang, Selangor
